Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about the bel·sono TV speaker.

How do I connect the speaker to my TV?

You can easily connect the bel·sono base station to a power outlet and connect it directly to your TV. There are two ways to do this:

Using an AUX cable – from the headphone/audio output of the TV to the AUX input of the base station.

Via optical cable – from the optical output (TV) to the optical input (base station).

Once the base station is connected, you can place the bel·sono speaker anywhere in the room and use it immediately. No complicated setup required.

Does the bel·sono work with every TV?

Yes, the bel·sono is compatible with all standard TV sets that have a headphone or audio output. With newer TV models, you can also use the optical output.

How can I pair the speaker with the base station?

Your speaker is already paired with the base station. If this is not the case, turn on the speaker and place it on the base station. Pairing will then occur automatically.

Can I use multiple speakers with one base station?

Yes, you can pair up to 4 speakers with one base station. To do this, simply pair each speaker with the base station.

Can I adjust the volume independently of the TV?

Yes! The bel·sono speaker has its own volume control. This allows you to adjust the sound directly on the device without changing the TV volume.

What is the advantage over ordinary speakers?

The bel·sono speaker amplifies voices clearly and distinctly, reduces distracting background noise, and ensures a comfortable listening experience. With three different levels of voice amplification, the main advantage is that it makes dialogues easier to understand.

Can I use the speaker further away from the TV?

Yes, the speaker can be placed flexibly in the room. The exact range depends on various factors and can be negatively affected by walls.

There is interference when listening to the TV sound. What can I do?

Please check the cables connected to your TV and to the base station. They should be securely connected.

The maximum range may have been exceeded (–> see previous question).

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time in Germany is usually 2-3 business days.

Can I return the speaker if I am not satisfied?

If you do not like the bel·sono or it does not fit, we will of course offer you a 30-day right of return.
